| You can conveniently place orders with our new webstore. It is also easy to order your cakes this way. Your transactions are secure with us and make payments easier for you. If you don't have access to a computer or if you can't find the required items in our webstore, we will still accept your phone orders. We require
a credit card number for your orders (minimum $10). |

We prefer to ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to ensure that your order will arrive by the weekend. We ship with FedEx Ground (excl. P.O. Boxes) and we have a value-based system for calculating your shipping costs:
for orders up to $35 | $10...to 50 | $15...to $65 | 20 ...to $100 | $25 |
| pick-up orders |
| Bread orders may be placed up to the day before pick-up. The only
restrictions on ordering breads is that they must be on our baking
schedule for the day you request them. Please, let us know when (date | time) you want to pick up your order. You can do so at the end of the checkout in the field for SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS. |
| Dessert items may be placed until noon the day before pick-up.
If you are ordering a cake or a large number of items, please place
your order at least two days in advance. Some items may have limited
availability due to seasonality or the production schedule. Same-day cake orders have limited availability and can only be
filled while the pastry staff is in. Please call by noon Tuesday
through Saturday and by 10:00am on Sundays. |

| Catering orders need to be placed at least 2 days ahead and can be picked up at the store in appropriate boxes! |

| If you do not pick up your order on time, Guglhupf will attempt
to contact you using the phone numbers you have given us. Orders
that are not picked up by the end of the day will be charged to
the customer's credit card. Whenever
possible, we will store and hold the order for one more business
day to give you an opportunity to pick it up, after which time we
will dispose of the product. |

| Our goal is to provide
delicious fresh baked goods to all of our customers. At Guglhupf,
our bakers work through the night to bake fresh artisan breads in
the European baking tradition. Your bread is good for consumption
three to five days if it is stored according to Guglhupf's Bread
Care instructions. You can also freeze it and store it for
up to a month. Our pastry chefs rise with the sun to make scrumptious
danish and delicious desserts. Some desserts must be refrigerated
and most will be good for two to three days. |
