Most of our specialty cakes are made with mousse and/or buttercream, however we also offer custom cakes utilizing fondant or royal icing for different finishes and color options.

We invite you to schedule a Cake Tasting & Consultation with our pastry chefs during which time we will discuss the cake for your special occasion with regards to your desired design, flavors, and presentation wishes.
